#14 Correct icons on content windows

The New wizard dialog should display the wizard icon.
The Account window should display the account icon
The Transaction window should display the transaction
icon.

I *think* the name of the correct icon can be had from
the configuration element for the associated window.

Fix before alpha 2 release unless for some reason it's
ard to fix.
