This is a prototype for a hobbyist game project, which I used to learn how to build 3D games. It was undertaken before I enrolled in Gamercamp.

Double click on "RunGame.bat" to play. Once the OGRE config screen has popped up, you can click 'ok' to play.

If no rendering API is selected in the Rendering Subsystem drop down box then you must select "Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem".

You may also choose other graphical options such as whether or not to play in fullscreen mode, whether to use FSAA anti-aliasing and the number of supersampled pixels, etc and whether to turn VSync on or off although this currently affects the speed of the game (a fix is due to be uploaded).


Controls:

Use "W,A,S,D" to move. "X" will toggle boost on, propelling you forward. "Space" will fire your cannons. You can use 'C' to switch between 'free' camera mode and 'chase' camera mode. In free camera mode you can use the mouse to orbit around the ship. If you lea
