#3 internationalization

One of the stated goals of this project when it applied to
sourceforge was internationalization.

in addition to converting all the existing text, maybe it would
be easier to start by internationalizing all new text. ugly
hybrids are, well, ugly, but you've got to start somewhere.

it seems to premature to try to attract translators before
any i18n code has been put in, so starting on this will aid
recruitment.

how do you say "just intonation" in esperanto? It's
something Lou Harrison must have known. Eble oni dirus:
"ona agordo."

actually a google search (hey, i'm easily distracted) seems
to turn up a just intonation esperanto speaker: http://
my.execpc.com/~wsannis/, who should be recruited as soon
as i18n features are in place
