#2 allow adding to playlist and playing at the same time

Having to stop playback to add some tracks to the list is
not the best way to go.

In fact, it would be nice to have these use cases work
completely in parallel. On the way to this goal, multiple
playlists would of course be a plus.

While playing, it would be nice to have a setting that
"fixes" the first x entries of the active playlist to "force"
people on a party to let the pre-selected x tracks play
before they can change anything. This makes a nice
wishlist feature without people fiddeling too much with
other people's wishes...
