"We’ve recently released an open-sourced API named Jive, so I thought I’d take the time to write a little bit about it to let you know what it is, and what we’re trying to do with it.

Releasing Jive

Hi Guys,

For those few but faithful who have stumbled across the Jive project, you'll have found that we've finally put the first release of Jive up for download.

Initially, Jive was meant to be a company project rather than an open-sourced project, but we changed our minds on this approach. We feel the Jive will most definately benefit from being as open as possible for people to view it, discuss it, modify it as they see fit, pass the source code around, etc. It's in it's early stages of being open sourced at the moment. ... read more
