I was given a jitterpak containing Salesforce Connect wizards. I open the jitterpak, and start a new Salesforce Connect wizard. The list of previously used Salesforce WSDLs does not include the WSDL that was used in the jitterpak, only the WSDLs that have been used by myself in other projects. This makes it tricky for me to use the same WSDL as the other Salesforce Connect wizards in that project. (The WSDL is available, if you know where to look, in the project's file store, but the file store is not exposed in the UI.)

When we open a project we should scan it for Salesforce Connect wizards, and update the local WSDL cache accordingly.
