#1470 Bug/quirk in ftp definition for paths outside of the PWD

In an ftp definition, if you specify either "path" or "/path" both of those are assumed to be relative to the login users home directory (CWD at ftp login). For changing directory to a directory outside of the users home directory you have to put in TWO slashes: //path.

Really the way it should work is "path" is relative to users dir and /path is absolute path (relative to /).
