#5 Get rid of the 'origfrom' hack

The origfrom hack attribute is unnecessary for recent
jabberd and XDB versions (as of their current CVS
snapshot), yet it clutters the outgoing packets, which
is BAD. If you are sure about your XDB's lowercasing of
user names (caveat: It's not full Unicode normalization
as the IETF drafts specify), you can apply this patch.
