#4 Get rid of /registered resource
The /registered resource ID, appended to transport's
JID for all requests and responses, bears no apparent
meaning I knew of, while confusing the hell out of
Jabber clients. I removed it and noticed no omissions
in the transport's functionality. Comment here if you
know of any.
The patch is attached.
