#8 Text box help files not sufficient

The activity creation/response text box has it's own
help files. These are not currently sufficient.

For example, the help files do not give any information
as to how to link to anchors that you've created.
Additionally there is no information about the 'toggle
guidelines/hidden elements' button - this doesn't seem
to be listed (etc).

This is a tinymce issue. And could be raised either as a
bug/feature request. Or alternatively, amend the help files
and submit them as updates.
