#4 Insert table - unnecessary/un-used CSS option

When in a text box, the user can add a table. In doing
so, they are presented with a dialogue box with several
options. One of these options enables the user to
apply CSS style to the table, however no styles have
been enabled, and therefore this option should be
removed (either that, or styles should be enabled).
