#1 Consider "wait time" when computing net time.

No

There are many situations where one thread is blocked
waiting for a lock (mutex) to become available. In the
current scheme, this time is counted toward a method's
net execution time, which can be a little confusing. It
would be ideal to be able to see a method's net time
AND the time spent waiting for a lock.

Even just having a way to not include wait() time at all would be helpful.

This feature will be added to 1.1 beta 2 (see the release notes for more information). The time spent in the following "calls" will no longer be counted towards a method's net time:
    - Object.wait
    - Thread.yield
    - Thread.sleep
    - Thread.join
    - synchronized
