#16 No Long Filename Support under W2k

Jipe does not compile any java soruces
in directory with a long filename, for Example :
d:\asd asd\tut tut\fun fun\fun.java

the result is this :
javac -classpath d:\asd asd\tut tut\fun fun d:\\asd
asd\\tut tut\\fun fun\\fun.java

1) The parameters should be put into quotes like
this "x".
2) The dopple blackslash notation should be removed.

If I hope I got nothing wrong with the setup, but
it does not allow much in setup in this regard.
