#262 Automatically obtain history of a game joined part way thru

when on FICS, if I 'observe' a game, and that game has been part way through already, the interface ought to automatically obtain the game history so that I can play through the game from the start. Presently the interface cannot load the history using the 'moves' command or any other way.
