#156 Increment given in milliseconds?

In the game logger I get the following pgn tag for a 45+45 game:

[TimeControl "2700+45000"]

Iirc, the pgn standard specifies that both the initial time and the increment be given in seconds; at least this is what FICS does when mailing the moves.
