A recent fix to jconfigure prevents it building if
there are shared libraries loaded at addresses above
the boot image. This patch changes that to allow
shared libraries to load above MAXIMUM_MAPPABLE_ADDRESS
as well.

At first glance, this looks like the same patch as 1306463,
which I applied earlier this week. Could you take a look at
the cvs head version of jconfigure and let me know whether
or not there is an additional patch we need to apply to fix
jconfigure?
