Hi Vishal,

The easiest way is to build and run the BaseBase (prototype) configuration.

If you want to use a FullAdaptive (development) or FastAdaptive (production) build, then to force baseline-compilation-only at run time, run Jikes RVM with

-X:aos:enable_recompilation=false -X:aos:initial_compiler=base [the second param might be the default already]
