[Jidd-features] jidd, preliminary version (Shiva)

Here is the first working version of jidd.
  
SOON ON YOUR FAVORITE CVS SERVER!
 
Comes with 2 test applications running in jidd and a jidd application runner 
made of a simple command line.

 
Don't expect too much:
 
1) No network saving support 
2) Only one jvm running all apps 
3) Ugly (Well still a beautiful command line according to gros) 
4) CCrapy docs (with 2 C! and one p)
 
And in case someone wants too mess up the cvs (yes, you AkA!) don't use forte 
for it, **please**.
