Jiapi-0.2 released

Jiapi is a Java Instrumentation framework, which allows modification of bytecode at runtime.

This release introduces jiapi interceptors, which allow
users to intercept normal program flow. InvocationInterceptor
allows users to create their own invocation handlers, which
are in charge of making actual calls. With
InvocationHandler, it is possible to change method call
parameters and return values at runtime.
