#89 JavaDrawApp does not display image menu

The JavaDrawApp has its own image folder from which the
image menu is created. However, if started from the
wrong directory (e.g. the build directory) it seems
that these resources cannot be found. It seems as if
the mechanism for searching these images does not use a
relative path and may not be independent from the
current directory. Note, that this has to be
investigated in more detail especially with respect to
possible side effects (other routines in JHotDraw
loading images...).
