#84 SplitConnection tool calls handleConnect to early during

Im testing JModeller and found that by replacing
ConnectionTool with SplitConnection tool a bug occurs.

The LineConnection::handleConnect() is called before
the PolyLine is finally connected and before canConnect
with NullFigure as argument. Since handleConnect should
be called only once at the end of connection phase and
only if it canConnect() = true, this must be considered
as a bug.
