#111 obscure README start instructions

There's a README.TXT, slightly hidden in dist/, which says:

To run the project from the command line, go to the dist folder and
type the following:

java -jar "PlasmaDraw.jar"

So I do this and quite obviously (since there's no such jar here or anywhere):
Error: Unable to access jarfile PlasmaDraw.jar

Funny advice...
