The notes for version 0.6 say:
.hs file preserve user specified information on "Create All"

Is this the under the hood feature?

If so which user specified information in particular?

  it is under the hood, as there is no new GUI control.
  
  What happens is that on "Create All" only the information in the .hs file is updated that was actually set by JHelpDev. For example, "presentation" tags are not overwritten and users could also change the respective viewers by manually editing the helpset file.
