#3 JGRASS 2.0 Installation Problem

I downloaded the JGRASS 2.0 from https://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php.vNow, I am trying to install the JGRASS 2.0. When I double-click on the file, it only displays the Language selection dialog box. After clicking on OK, the installation terminates. Anybody knows why? How this problem can be resolved? Would appreciate its early solution.
