[jgrapht-users] Bug in removeAllEdges?

The attached program throws a ConcurrentModificationException, and I  
don't know why. Even stranger, if outgoingEdgesOf is changed to  
edgesOf, the exception is not thrown. Doesn't make sense. Is this a bug?
