[jgrapht-announce] GraphT v1.3.0 released

Hi all,

JGraphT, version 1.3.0, has been released!
Again, the performance of a number of algorithms has been boosted, and,
thanks to your contributions, many new algorithms have been added. Most
important to note is that all work performed by our GSoC students is
included in this release! Thanks to Alexandru Văleanu and Timofey Chudakov!
We have also added a new jgrapht-opt package which includes graph
implementations optimized for certain specialized use-cases, e.g. low
memory consumption.
