[jgrapht-users] Regarding experimental Brown's graph coloring package

Hi all,
I would like to know if I can contribute to developing the current
experimental Brown's graph coloring algorithm. I am asking this because
this would be a very significant change and if any initial guidelines can
be provided to me.
