[jgrapht-users] Google Summer of Code 2018

Today we have some great news to share! JGraphT has been accepted as a
Google Summer of Code mentoring organization for 2018. All of the project
committers have volunteered as mentors. So if you are a student planning to
participate in GSoC this year, and you are interested in working with the
JGraphT project, now is the time to get started on your proposal.

Proposals can be submitted after March 12, but between now and then, here's
how to prepare:

* familiarize yourself with how to build, test, and contribute to the
project

* discuss proposal ideas here on the mailing list to get early feedback
