You can layer graph views, so to go the other direction, first create a matching subgraph, and then use Graphs.undirectedGraph. We don't currently have an adapter for the other direction (converting an undirected graph to a directed graph), so you would have to do that yourself (not really sure whether it's worth it though since you have to impose a direction on every single edge).
