[jgrapht-developers] Change result type of ConnectivityInspector.connectedSets

Hi,

Since ConnectivityInspector.connectedSets computes disjoint sets, the result
type should be
Set<Set<V>> instead of List<Set<V>>.   This also applies to the field
'connectedSets'.
