[jgrapht-users] Windows vs. Unix Version

I'm interested in using JGraphT, but I'm curious why there is a  
version for Windows and a version for Unix and what the difference  
is.  I tried searching the forum.  Maybe I missed it somewhere?  Is it  
just the fact that they are packaged as different archive types?
