[jgrapht-users] some new JGraphT contributions

Andrew Newell has contributed a couple of new algorithms 
(EulerianCircuit and ChromaticNumber), plus some new generators (star, 
hypercube, and complete bipartite).

Also, Trevor Harmon has enhanced the GmlExporter to support generation 
of custom labels and ID's.

These are in Subversion now and will be included in the next release.
