[jgrapht-developers] Adding meta information

Hi John and the rest,

does anybody mind if I check in a META-INF/MANIFEST.MF file? This would 
allow to use jgrapht as an OSGi plug-in out of the box (e.g. for use 
within Eclipse RCP applications, which is my use case).
