#56 Polish Translation

jGnash 2.20.0 / Windows 10:
I can select in Tools / Change Locale... the polski (Polska) - pl_PL language. But the system doesn't load the Polish translation. If it is missing, I can pepare it - just send me (or add to this ticket) proper files + information, where (jar + folder) they should be stored.

The link above is the file that needs to be translated. Simple edit the file and change the name to be

resource_pl.properties. If you add the file to the jgnash-resources-xxx.jar file (zip file) in the same location as the original resouce file, you can test your changes without compiling if you are not setup with an IDE.

Polish translation in attachment (my name: S\u0142awomir Szarkowicz)
Some texts have no resource key in the resource file - I'll create separate ticket for this.
General remark: The term 'expense' has no direct translation into Polish. We can use accounting term 'cost' or popular 'spending' I decided for accounting term 'cost'.
