#99 limit auto-complete for deposits / withdrawals

when I enter payee info for deposits, I get auto-complete suggestions from all previous deposits *and* withdrawals. for me, there's very little overlap between them.

priority? low
but perhaps part of a 100 papercuts type pass?, a la http://arstechnica.com/open-source/news/2009/06/canonical-to-boost-ubuntu-usability-by-tackling-papercuts.ars

I'm not blowing smoke when I say that I love this app. one of the big reasons is the attention to UI detail -- lots of small things make it really pleasant to use. this is just one more small thing that I'd like.
