#50 Quick budget tab

Hello All!

So in my quest to find a "budget" application out there
for Linux, I haven't seemed to find anything. Here's
what I am thinking...just to have a tab (within the
Account, Register, and Reminders tab) to just track
your budget. I was thinking a person could assign an
Expense Account to be a budget item. The Budget tab
would have:

Item Paid this month Budgeted Remaining
Groceries $50 $500 $450
Gas $40 $60 $20
Totals $90 $560 $470

The "Paid this Month" would have an up to date total of
what you've budgeted for the month (or year or week or
whatever). This has been the hardest part for me as
even though I know I can get this data from the Reports
portion, it would be much quicker with a tab that you
can "at a glance" get all your items that you budgeted
for. Does this make sense? Would be nice to be able
to do this within jGnash and not have a seperate
application (though again, haven't found anything I
really liked yet that will run on linux). Thanks all!
