#95 reconcile should show all unreconciled transactions

I'm unable to reconcile my account register with my bank statement.

I have a transaction which is a check #113 paid on 2007-02-20. When I reconciled last month's statement, the check hadn't cleared yet so I did not mark it reconciled. When I attempted to reconcile this month's statement, I entered the starting date of 2007-02-26. Check #113 cleared, so I'm ready to mark it as reconciled, but it doesn't show up on the reconcile screen because the date is earlier than the statement starting date. I now have no way to reconcile my account against my statement unless I go back and fudge the date on check #113.
