Rebate changes sign to expense in Budgeting balance

When there is only 1 record in an "expense" account for a month, and the money operation is on the Rebate side (reimbursement), you see it in the Budgeting balance as an expense and it sums up with other accounts in the category as an expense.
When there is more records in an account, and of course expenses are bigger then rebates, then totals for the account and for the category are perfect.
Bug is valid for 2.15 and 2.22 version.
Should be fixed for the next release. Thanks for reporitng the bug. This has been there for quite some time.
