#129 Qif transactions missing

If you import a QIF with nearly duplicate transactions, the second transaction does not import.

For example to direct deposits, same payee, same date, same description, different $ amounts, then only the first transaction is imported.

The qif clip below only the first 100.11 deposit is imported to the register.

This is closely related to bug number 1531207, "Duplicate items are ignored". I'm not going to mark this (nor the other one) as a duplicate, because the behavior described is not exactly the same. But the two probably should be investigated as a unit (and fixed likewise, if they're going to be fixed).

This is indeed a duplicate of bug number 1531207, "Duplicate items are
ignored". The title of the latter was ill-chosen, though not, I believe, by me, though I did submit it.
