[JGloss] JGloss 1.0.10 and 2a3 released

(en) I just released JGloss 1.0.10 and the development version 2 alpha 3. 
The files are available at the JGloss homepage (http://jgloss.sourceforge.net/).

This release adds support for UTF-8 (Unicode) encoded KANJIDIC dictionary 
files. This especially means that the German kanjidic_de can now be used.

(de) Ich habe gerade JGloss 1.0.10 und die Entwicklungsversion 2 alpha 3 
veröffentlicht. Die Dateien finden sich auf der JGloss Homepage 
(http://jgloss.sourceforge.net/).

Dieses Release enthält Unterstützung für UTF-8 (Unicode) codierte KANJIDIC 
Wörterbuchdateien. Insbesondere kann jetzt das kanjidic_de verwendet werden.
