JGimp Release: Improved Jython Scripting Support

Version 0.8.2 of JGimp has been released, offering improved support for writing Jython scripts.

JGimp offers developers the ability to create Java- and Jython-based plug-ins and extensions for the Linux and Windows versions of the GIMP. Plug-ins extend the functionality of the GIMP (typically by adding filters), while extensions allow Java developers to use the GIMP as an image manipulation back-end.
