Submitted new version of PicFiles on 9/2005 which upgrades to NetBeans version 4, supports renaming files with/without the date, by baseName or by appending to the current file name. Changed the HTML operations to spruce up "Simple web pages" from Adove Elements to delete unneeded table tag and by inserting a return to the master page.
