#18 disk and datasource cache

create disk cache and datasource cache.

datasources are not cached now which may be
inconvinient if the datasource is remote one (url)

enough RAM is not always available (for example for
shared hosting), but usually there is plenty of disk
space, so it has sense to create disk cache.
