Java GDSII Parser Version 1.0 Released

This is the coming out release for JGDSParser. JGDSParser is a GDSII database stream parser written entirely in Java. Display the contents of any GDSII compliant database file with the click of a button. Did we mention it's internationalized as well. Lucky for you if you speak English, German, French, Spanish or Italian.
