JGDS Version 1.3 Released!

Download the latest release of Java GDSII Stream API. JGDS Version 1.3 has been released and includes the new GDSInputStream and GDSOutputStream classes. It also includes 53 bit precise conversion between IEEE and IBM S/390 floating point formats. Check it out at http://jgds.sf.net
