To reduce outage and allow for rolling restarts, it would be good to have a setting for amount of time to wait after deploying to one node before starting the next node.

Alternatively, the deployer panel could watch for the "INFO: Server startup" or equivalent start up completed message in logs, this could be defined somewhere in a config per app.
