#251 Please update mount.8 man page from util-linux

Please update jfs mount options section in mount.8 man
page from util-linux to currently kernels. Options like
uid or umask are missing in mount.8.

Latest util-linux can be found on
http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/util-linux/ in
testing directory, Adrian Bunk <bunk[at]stusta.de> is
current util-linux maintainer.
