I didn't think it was a good idea to change DatasetRenderingOrder (there's no need to break compatibility and the basic FORWARD and REVERSE are useful), so I did it slightly differently. I submitted a patch: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2016184&group_id=15494&atid=115494
