#795 tooltip in combined chart..

.. seems not working correct.

Do the following in the attached program:
- mouse over red area in plot 1
OK, right tooltip
- mouse over yellow area in plot 1
OK, no tooltip
- mouse over a enitiy in plot 2
OK, right tooltip
- mouse over a clean area in plot 2
Bad tooltip from red area in plot 1 is displayed.

Thanks for the test case which reproduces the bug for me. The problem is that the hotspot shape is not being clipped to the visible data area...I'm just trying to work out a fix that is reasonably efficient.
