#662 removeAgedItems in TimeSeries is not correct

These are for the two argument version, the other one
may have the same bugs.

1. When looping through the items and checking if they
should be aged, there is no stopping condition for an
empty data list. This leads to an exception if all the
items are aged.

2. It will only age if there are more than 1 data
items. I think this should be more than 0.

3. A series change event is never sent, even if this is
specified.

    Thanks for the report. Looking at the code, I would guess
    that I started writing the code but never completed it.
    I'll fix this.

    The single argument method is mostly working, although there
    is a bug in there too - the test against the maximum item
    age should be '>' rather than '>='.

    A fix plus some JUnit test code has been committed to CVS.
    This fix will be included in the 1.0.3 release.
